Yoga Sessions are customized to each student’s particular needs and wants. Offerings include:
- Yoga for beginners
- Yoga for the “inflexible”
- Intermediate Vinyasa (flow) practice
- Restorative Yoga – a gentle practice centered on quieting the nervous system and relieving stress
- Yoga for Pain Care – adaptations for dealing with injury or chronic pain
- Trauma Sensitive Yoga – a mindful practice designed for calming the trauma stress response for survivors of chronic trauma; best done in combination with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
