Teri, a registered yoga teacher living in Newton MA, leads classes that are best described as a fusion of styles. Influenced by teachers spread across the many places she’s lived in the US, Canada, Mexico and France, Teri has absorbed their wisdom and carries it along, in order to bloom where she’s been transplanted. Every class she teaches, from restorative to vinyasa flow, connects students to their roots and the corresponding ability to rise.
